WisaRice guarantees that all Pishori rice sold under our brand name is 100% genuine, pure, unblended grain sourced directly from the agricultural fields of Mwea, Kenya.

2. Ordering & Payment Fulfillment

All final sales transactions take place off-site through our official WhatsApp business channel (+254769729886). Orders are only confirmed for processing and dispatch once payment has been successfully received via our designated M-Pesa payment details.

3. Delivery & Inspection

Delivery timelines and fees are calculated dynamically based on your physical location in Kenya. Customers are kindly requested to inspect their packaging upon arrival. If there are any structural issues with your bag, please notify our team via WhatsApp immediately for a resolution.

4. Changes to Service

We reserve the right to adjust our bag retail prices or update delivery terms based on seasonal agricultural market factors in Mwea.
